Appraisal - Model Policy - Sept 2012
This policy incorporates much of the DfE model and the union model from the NUT, NAHT and ATL. You will have seen from the DfE model that there are certain passages that are statutory these have all been included. The additional sections from both models have been added to add clarity and to make this a working document. Following consultation this should be agreed by the governing body at the first meeting of the autumn term.
